The buyer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the purchased track solely for personal, non-commercial listening. You may: download and listen to the track on your personal devices; store the file in your private music collection; create backup copies for your own personal use. You may not: share, resell, gift, or distribute the audio file; upload the track to the internet or make it publicly accessible; use the track in videos, social media content, advertisements, podcasts, livestreams, games, or other projects; publicly play the track at events, venues, broadcasts, or internet radio stations; edit the track, create remixes, cover versions, derivative works, or use fragments of it without separate permission; use the track for any commercial purpose. Purchasing this license grants access to the audio file for personal use only. It does not transfer any copyright, related rights, ownership rights, or exclusive rights to the musical work.
